"Passionate about food and the effects it has on our bodies, I decided to make this passion my profession.
My goal as a registered dietitian is to bring you a different vision of nutrition - a more holistic and long-term vision that will allow you to maintain the results of your efforts. I want to take you away from the constant "up and down" of having to start over again because of an overly strict, frustrating and unsustainable approach.

Putting a strong attention to a proper form during our sessions is my way of working. Helping you building a good posture and teach you how to keep your joints health safe is one of the main injury prevention goal of this project and I intend to work that way as it is also part of my personal vision of sports.

Fitness & Nutrition Industry Challenges Unveiled
Nowadays, the fitness and nutrition industry is overflowing with
"coaches" and "nutrition experts". Proclaiming yourself with such titles puts people's health into your hands physically and mentally. Unfortunately, the expansion of these two sectors provided a lot of self-proclaimed trainers and nutritionists. As a matter of fact, for the last decade, the injuries linked to physical activities rose drastically due to a wrong leading and uncertainty during trainings.
On the other hand, wrong and unsuited short-term diets leading to only frustration and mental fragility wouldn't stop but being shown as the path you "must take" to get results.

We are two young entrepreneurs with a common vision of health. We want to help you achieve your goals whatever they are progressively in a safe way.
We wish to show you and help you understand how to keep these achievements ON THE LONG RUN from the simple healthy body and spirit to the physical weight lifting strength or aesthetic you are seeking for.
This is why we decided today, to create our project, regrouping a professional dietitian and personal trainer with a solid background.
